Do I need to buy stock upfront?
No. That is the point of dropshipping. You place the order with us once your customer has paid you, and we manufacture and deliver it.
What margin do I make?
Reseller pricing is quoted per applicant, based on the range you are selling and the volume you expect. You set your own retail price, so your margin is your decision. Apply and we will send you the numbers.
Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?
Yes, to all nine provinces. Delivery is free nationwide, with a small fee only for extreme rural addresses.
Can I sell on Takealot or other marketplaces?
Yes. Tell us where you intend to list when you apply so we can talk through it with you.
Is there a minimum order?
Reseller terms, including any minimums, are agreed when you apply. Tell us what you expect to sell and we will be straight with you about what works.
Who handles the warranty if something goes wrong?
We manufacture the mattress, so the manufacturing warranty is ours. How that is presented to your customer is agreed with you when you sign up, so that neither of us leaves the buyer confused about who to call.
What is the difference between this and bulk buying?
Dropshipping means you never hold stock and we ship to your customer one order at a time. Bulk buying means you purchase a quantity upfront at bulk pricing, usually for your own property or project. If that is what you need, see business and bulk mattresses.
