By accessing and purchasing from www.mrmattress.co.za, you agree to these Terms of Service. This site is operated by Mr Mattress (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Delivery

We deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Delivery times are 5-10 business days from date of purchase. Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, comfort exchanges and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refund & Comfort Guarantee Policy, available at mrmattress.co.za/policies/refund-policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

Warranty

All mattresses carry a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
