We cut mattresses to order for caravans, bakkies, sleeper couches, boats and non-standard home bedrooms, in our own South African factories. Fixed-shape caravan and bakkie mattresses are stocked at a set price; anything else, including a home bedroom size or a sleeper couch, is a free quote based on your measurements.
What carries a fixed price, and what is quoted
Our Bakkie Mattress and two Caravan Mattress ranges (Active Foam and Revive Memory Foam) are stocked products with a fixed price per cab or bed type. The Custom Caravan Mattress is a flat R6,999 regardless of shape complexity, for odd-shaped bases, cut corners or rounded island ends we cut to your traced template. Anything outside those fixed shapes, a non-standard home bedroom size, a daybed, a sleeper couch, a boat bunk or any other custom cut, is quoted individually on your measurements and foam grade, usually within one business day.

What does a custom mattress cost?
Bakkie mattresses run R3,499 to R3,799, our two caravan ranges are R5,999 and R7,999, and a fully custom traced-template caravan shape is a flat R6,999. Home bedroom and sleeper couch sizes are quoted individually.
Does a custom mattress come with the 365 night trial?
No. Custom-cut mattresses carry the 10 year warranty but not the 365 night trial or the money back guarantee, since they are made specifically to your measurements.
How do I order a custom size?
Send your measurements on WhatsApp or email, in centimetres. For a shaped cut, trace the outline onto paper and send us a photo. We confirm the shape, foam grade and cover, and send a firm quote, usually within one business day.
