Questions
What height is the pillow, and who does it suit?
One height, 12 cm, and it measures 60 x 40 x 12 cm. We chose the height that is tried and tested to work, so you do not have to guess. It has a medium feel.
Is it good for side and back sleepers?
Yes. It is made for back and side sleepers. Stomach sleepers usually prefer a thinner, softer pillow.
Is the pillow firm?
It has a medium feel. The memory foam becomes more supportive and supple with body heat, and it adapts to the shape of your head and neck.
Does it sleep hot?
Memory foam can sleep warm. This pillow has gel infused foam and a cooling knit cover, so it sleeps cooler than standard memory foam.
How do I wash it?
Unzip the cover and wash the cover. Follow the care label. Do not wash the foam.
Will it smell? Why air it for 48 hours?
New foam can have a smell for the first day or two. Take the pillow out of its bag and air it for 48 hours before you sleep on it.
What warranty does it have?
Every Memory Foam Pillow comes with a 5 year warranty.
What are the trial and the money back guarantee?
You get a 365 night trial in your own bed. The 30 day money back guarantee is separate, the same as on our mattresses.
How long is delivery, and what pillowcase does it fit?
Delivery is free nationwide and typically takes 3 to 7 working days. A small fee may apply in extreme rural areas. The pillow is 60 x 40 x 12 cm and fits a standard South African pillowcase.

We publish the numbers most mattress retailers leave out: foam density in kg/m3, weight capacity per sleeper, and SABS certification. Our warranties run for a fixed written term and are never pro-rated down year after year.
