Is Cloud Nine's 25-year warranty really 25 years?

Cloud Nine offers a 2 year guarantee, and depending on the model a service warranty of 15 to 25 years. A service warranty is a different thing from a manufacturing warranty, so check Cloud Nine's published terms for exactly what is covered after year two.
