How buying from the West Coast works

Honesty first: Mr Mattress has no store in the West Coast district. We have stores across South Africa, with more opening, but none in the Western Cape at the moment. Your mattress is made in South Africa through our own and approved partner facilities in Gauteng, Cape Town and East London, with our head office and main factory in Bloemfontein, and the courier brings it to your door at no charge. Because there is no local showroom to fund, the online price is the whole price.

Delivery to Vredenburg, Malmesbury and the rest of the district

Delivery is free. Free State customers: usually 1 to 3 working days. National orders: 3 to 7 working days depending on your area. The West Coast falls in the national tier. The Swartland and the Saldanha Bay towns, close to Cape Town on the N7 and R27, usually sit comfortably inside the window, while addresses further north around Clanwilliam, Lambert's Bay and Vredendal, or on farm roads, should plan around the 7 working day end. The courier phones ahead to arrange a delivery day, which helps with estates, farms and holiday houses.
