Questions
What is the 365 night trial?
You sleep on your new Mr Mattress at home for up to 365 nights. If the feel is not right, we swap it for a different Mr Mattress bed, from night 14 to night 365.
Is the 365 night trial a refund?
No. It is a comfort swap, not a year of refunds. The 30 day money back guarantee is separate and covers the first 30 days.
What does a swap cost?
You get one comfort swap per order. You cover the collection of the first bed and the delivery of the new one. If the new bed costs more, you pay the difference.
Which mattresses does the trial cover?
Every mattress in our range. Custom cut sizes are not covered by the trial.
How long is the warranty?
10 years, fixed and never pro rata, on Active Foam, Revive, Hybrid and Ultra 200. Comfort Foam carries 3 years.
Is delivery free?
Yes, free delivery nationwide. A small fee applies in extreme rural areas.

Official world record holder for bed base strength
We publish the numbers most mattress retailers leave out: foam density in kg/m3, weight capacity per sleeper, and SABS certification. Our warranties run for a fixed written term and are never pro-rated down year after year.
