Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take to Durban?
Most Durban orders arrive within our national window of 3 to 7 working days. As a major metro on the main courier routes, Durban addresses are usually handled comfortably within that window.
Can I collect in person?
There is no Mr Mattress store in Durban itself, so every order ships free to your door instead.
Which hub ships my mattress?
Our own KwaZulu-Natal facility.
Can I see it before I buy?
Not in a showroom, no. The 365-night home trial replaces that. You sleep on it in your own bed, at home, for a year, and if it is not right we sort it out.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 365 nights to test it at home, and a 30-day money-back guarantee if it is not for you.
