Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take to Polokwane?
Most Polokwane orders arrive within our national window of 3 to 7 working days, whether you are in town, Bendor, Seshego or the wider Capricorn district.
Can I collect in person?
There is no Mr Mattress store in Limpopo yet, so every order ships free to your door instead.
Which hub ships my mattress?
Our Gauteng warehouse in Kempton Park, up the N1.
Can I see it before I buy?
Not in a showroom, no. The 365-night home trial replaces that. You sleep on it in your own bed, at home, for a year, and if it is not right we sort it out.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 365 nights to test it at home, and a 30-day money-back guarantee if it is not for you.
