No. Every cab type we sell is already measured and on file, wheel-arch notches included. You're buying a known, ready-made fit for your bakkie, the same way our bed mattress sizes are pre-measured, not a made-to-order job that takes weeks.

What is the mattress made from?
45-50 kg/m3 high-density foam, the same grade used in our bed mattresses, not soft camping-pad foam, wrapped in a tough, weatherproof canvas cover with a zip-off design for easy cleaning.

How thick is the bakkie mattress?
80mm thick. That is deliberately chosen to be thick enough to keep you off a hard, ribbed load-bin floor all night, while still leaving usable headroom under a standard canopy and staying easy to roll out and store behind the seats.
Does it work under a canopy or with a rooftop tent?
Yes. At 80mm it sits low enough to leave working headroom under a standard bakkie canopy, and it is a common setup for owners who sleep in the bin rather than in a rooftop tent. If you run a rooftop tent and want foam for the tent itself instead of the load bin, that is a custom size and we quote it on our custom-cut foam page.
Does it fit a Nissan NP200, Ford Bantam or Corsa Utility?
Not from the three stock cab shapes. Nissan NP200, Ford Bantam and Chevrolet Corsa Utility are half-ton bakkies with a much smaller bin than a full-size single cab, so they need a true custom cut rather than a pre-measured cab shape. Send those measurements through our custom-cut foam page and we will quote it.
